Our prices start from $0.09/word. The quote will however depend on a number of factors such as your target languages or the number of documents/files you need translating. There isn't a fixed price for translations and other language services that we provide. We have come to realise that this can be unfavourable for our clients, therefore we price each project separately, basing it on individual requirements. We are always transparent about the costs and offer a full price breakdown.

We work with all major file formats. We use the latest software which allows us to convert all file formats in order to provide the most accurate word count. We frequently use text file formats such as MS Office formats (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.) PDF, JPEG. We also work with audio, image, web and movie formats.

Of course, we take security and confidentiality very seriously. The files that you send us will always be password protected within our systems. Not only this, but your dedicated account manager and the assigned translator who are bound by confidentiality agreements will be the only people to have access to your files. We always ensure the safekeeping of all documents and projects through our strict confidentiality policy.

The turnaround times depend on the volume of your project as well as its urgency and any deadlines that you might have. On average, we are able to turnaround 3,000 words within 24 hours. If your documents consist of more words, we will discuss the deadline with you based on your individual requirements.
